Quick 20 Program
Recent studies have shown important health benefits of losing 15 to 20 pounds even for patients who are mildly overweight (BMI under 30). Whether you want to lose some weight for your health or to look and feel better, our Quick 20 program is designed for you to lose weight conveniently, rapidly and comfortably without hunger, pills or shots, safely under clinical supervision. This program utilizes meal replacements while still enjoying a healthy meal of your choice. It also requires a medical screening exam and monitoring every other week. Physician led weekly EDUCATIONAL Nutrition and Behavioral Groups are encouraged.
